We accept Medicare,United Health, Cigna, ComPsych, Tricare, Aetna, Magellan,Beacon value options, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, and many other plans. Contact us for the most up-to-date information on accepted health insurance plans. We also do out of net work and provide and invoice for insurance claims.
Dr. Prevor is included on several insurance panels. However, if a patient's treatment cannot be covered by insurance, arrangements will be made to make it affordable.
Appointments are scheduled based on availability, although, if at all possible, arrangements are made to deal with emergency situations. The normal therapy hour consists of anywhere between 50-60 minutes. By specific request or based on extraordinary circumstances, sessions may be scheduled for longer time periods.
In the same manner as Dr. Prevor reserves the patient's scheduled appointment, the patient is expected to attend as agreed. If for any reason the patient needs to reschedule, this should be done at a minimum of 24 hours in advance, or a cancellation or no-show fee may be imposed.
